The entry of MIRV tech in INDO/PAK BMD environment

First of all i would congratulate the Pakistani scientists for this achievement which is going to echo like a big detonation across the border due to huge obvious ramifications.
MIRV means multiple independently target able reentry vehicle essential a ballistic missile having a payload of more than one warheads going for different targets.
The technology is possessed by only a handful of nations :
USA,UK,RUSSIA,CHINA,FRANCE,ISRAEL and now PAKISTAN
JERICHO 3 from ISRAEL

If we examine the situation on ground indo/pak scenario their are some serious efforts by the Indians to acquire anti missile missiles ABMs DRDO is working on that also looking to acquire such systems from Israel and Russia given the limits of time from launch to hit and the geographical proximity of the two nations and add the MIRV capability it will be close to impossible to defend against the Pakistani Missiles arriving at a point where war will be a very very difficult option keeping the concept of minimum deterrence very Alive for the Pakistanis, which in light of the current administration in neighboring India is no petty feat specially when the Indians are putting some serious money in to their defense budget which is around 246727 crores.

ABABEEL
Pakistan considers this ssm to be an answer to the growing Indian ABM capabilities due to the missiles capability in the MIRV technology
ABABEEL claims a a range of 2200 km with being able to deploy more than one warheads the exact no of which is not currently known but it can be anywhere between 3 and 8 most probably 3 to 5 warheads thus maintaining minimal levels of deterrence for Pakistan as the missile will make it increasingly difficult for Indian BMD to counter ABABEEL specially when it is also claimed the missile has capabilities which will deceive Indian radars by employment of different payloads and warheads for different targets.
